Loaded with mango, bell pepper and jalapeno, mango salsa is one of our favorite toppers for fish tacos and grilled chicken.
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped peeled mango
- 3/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
