Snoop Dogg has been everywhere in NBC’s 2026 Winter Olympics coverage, popping up in interviews, cheering from the stands and generally stealing scenes with his effortless charm. For millennials like me who grew up with a very different version of Snoop in the pop-culture landscape, watching him evolve into an ambassador of prime-time, family-friendly fun feels like a plot twist nobody could have predicted in the early 2000s. And I’m here for it.
When I heard about one of Snoop’s favorite late-night snacks, I have to admit that I expected something a little mischievous. Instead, it’s a cheerful, candy-aisle throwback that wouldn’t look out of place at a children’s birthday party. The recipe comes from Treats to Eat, one of Snoop Dogg’s three cookbooks. The snack itself is playful and nostalgic, built around that irresistibly sweet-salty combination that seems designed for late-night snacking. I tried the recipe after seeing Instagram creator @sarahkrafft make it, and I couldn’t stop eating it.

Snoop’s go-to snack is peanut butter raisin pretzel bark, a quick white chocolate bark studded with peanut butter, raisins and crushed pretzels. It lives somewhere between candy and trail mix—sweet, salty, and easy to make in just a few minutes.
Maybe his years of cooking alongside Martha Stewart have rubbed off on him, but Snoop’s recipe strikes a balance between fun and genuinely delicious. This one doesn’t require any special equipment or technique. You melt the base, stir in the mix-ins, and let the fridge do the rest.
How to Make Peanut Butter Raisin Pretzel Bark
Ingredients
- 1-3/4 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup pretzels, roughly crushed
Instructions
Step 1: Melt the chocolate mixture
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter together until they’re smooth, stirring as needed.
Step 2: Add the mix-ins

Fold in the raisins and crushed pretzels until they’re evenly coated
Step 3: Spread and chill the bark

Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined pan, and then refrigerate it until it’s set, about 30 minutes. Once it’s set, break the bark into pieces and serve it.

How does it taste?
Dangerously good. The white chocolate and peanut butter made a creamy, candied base, while the pretzels keep things salty enough to balance the sweetness. The real wildcard here is the raisins—not usually my first pick when it comes to desserts, and I briefly considered swapping in dried cranberries. But sticking to Snoop’s version paid off. The chewy sweetness of the raisins works well, and the end result is perfectly balanced and incredibly addictive.
